EATING DISORDER THERAPY
I offer online eating disorder therapy to give you the tools to recover and find food freedom.
Following my own battle with an eating disorder and body dysmorphia, I developed a passion to help others overcome their own food and body image struggles. My experience has shaped my approach to helping clients. I understand the challenges of seeking the right support—I've faced judgment and inadequate therapy.
From restrictive habits to anxiety and strained relationships, I've experienced it all. But finding a specialised therapist changed everything, inspiring me to undergo training to do the same for others.
As a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist who has undergone further specialist training in eating disorders, I offer online therapy for adults and teenagers (16+). Whether you're dealing with an eating disorder, disordered eating, or food issues, I provide support, regardless of diagnosis. Now, I'm dedicated to supporting individuals toward recovery and a more fulfilling life.
